Summary
CCP gave homework to the CSM to collect ideas revolving around the concept of Colonies presented at the January meeting on Iceland.
Gather player interest and suggestions to flesh out the concept and tie it to 0.0 sovereignty / resource system.
Solution
Standing should play a role in colonization. And not one single capsuleer could ever do it. Effect on the planet would have to be an average resulting from all capsuleers interacting with it.
